1. About these Terms
These Terms govern your use of the Pinball Punch Android game and its game-related pages on alexandrebobeda.com. Pinball Punch is developed and operated by Alexandre Bobeda, using the studio name AB Studio, in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil ("we", "us", or "our").
Please read these Terms before playing. By using Pinball Punch after being given access to these Terms, you agree to them to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, you should not use the game. These Terms do not govern unrelated projects or services on the developer's website.

2. Eligibility and younger players
Pinball Punch is intended for players aged 13 or older and is not directed to children under 13. You must meet any higher minimum age that applicable law requires for your use of the game.
If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian where required, and that person must agree to these Terms on your behalf where applicable. Parents and guardians should supervise use appropriate to the player's age.
The game's store content rating is separate from legal capacity and privacy requirements. Agreement to these Terms does not authorize personalized advertising or optional game analytics, or remove protections applicable to minors.
3. Permission to play and intellectual property
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to install and play Pinball Punch for your personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
The game, its name, artwork, designs, code, and other content are owned by Alexandre Bobeda / AB Studio or the relevant licensors. Your permission to play does not transfer ownership of the game or its intellectual property. Third-party components remain subject to their applicable licenses, and these Terms do not limit rights granted by those licenses.
You may share ordinary gameplay screenshots and videos, including monetized reviews and gameplay videos, provided you do not claim ownership of our content, imply our endorsement, distribute standalone game assets, or use material in a way that violates applicable law or another party's rights.
4. Acceptable use
When using Pinball Punch or its game-related website pages, you must not:
- Redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit the game or its assets without permission, except as expressly allowed by these Terms or applicable licenses.
- Use modified clients, automation, or exploits to manipulate advertising, fraudulently claim rewards, or interfere with game or advertising services.
- Introduce malicious code, disrupt services, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or other people's information.
- Misrepresent your age or manipulate privacy choices to bypass applicable advertising or age protections.
- Infringe intellectual property rights or use the service for unlawful purposes.
Restrictions on copying, modification, or reverse engineering apply only to the extent permitted by law. They do not restrict statutory rights, lawful security research, interoperability rights, or rights granted by an applicable open-source license.
5. Game progress and availability
At launch, Pinball Punch is a single-player game distributed through Google Play. It does not offer player accounts, cloud saves, online leaderboards, in-app purchases, or subscriptions.
Availability can vary by country or territory according to store availability and applicable requirements.
Scores, stars, unlocked levels, and related progress are stored locally on your device. Clearing app storage, uninstalling the game, losing the device, or a technical failure can result in lost progress. We do not maintain a server backup and cannot promise recovery or transfer to another device.
The in-game Privacy Policy and Terms of Service are included with the game and can be opened offline. Advertisements, remote feature configuration, optional game analytics, and external website pages use an internet connection. Device compatibility, network availability, and third-party services can affect availability or performance.
We may release updates, correct errors, adjust gameplay, or change features. We will communicate material changes where required and respect applicable consumer rights. We do not promise that every feature will remain available indefinitely or that the game will work on every device or future Android version.
6. Optional rewarded advertisements
Advertising is Pinball Punch's launch revenue source. The game offers optional Google AdMob rewarded advertisements for benefits such as a Ball Save or Rewarded Ball. Advertisements are not required to play, unlock levels, or earn stars. The offer shown in the game explains the reward and any limits before you choose to watch.
We may evaluate different reward-offer rules using remote feature settings. Depending on the rules selected for a run, you may be offered one rewarded benefit or both Ball Save before the run and Rewarded Ball afterward, with each benefit available at most once in that run. The selected rules remain in place for that run. A remote setting does not revoke a benefit already earned.
A reward is granted when the advertising service confirms that the relevant completion condition has been satisfied. An advertisement may be unavailable, fail to load, or be interrupted. Closing an advertisement before completion may mean that no reward is earned. If you complete an advertisement but encounter a reward problem, contact us so we can investigate.
Rewards are gameplay benefits with no cash value. They cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged for money. We may change future reward offers and limits, subject to applicable law and any obligations arising from an offer you have already completed.
Advertising availability depends on your region, age, privacy choices, connectivity, and the advertising service. Personalized advertisements are available only to eligible adults where lawful and subject to required consent. Players under 18 are not targeted through behavioral profiling for commercial advertisements.
Choosing a reward or agreeing to these Terms is not consent to personalized advertising or optional game analytics. Refusing optional game analytics does not prevent ordinary gameplay or otherwise permitted rewarded advertisements. Advertising privacy restrictions may make an ad-funded reward unavailable when no permitted advertisement can be served.
7. Privacy
The Pinball Punch Privacy Policy, available from the Welcome card and Ad Privacy menu, explains local progress storage, advertising data, optional game analytics, remote feature configuration, website analytics and cookies, support communications, and privacy rights. It is a separate notice; accepting these Terms does not replace a required privacy consent.
Optional game analytics requires a separate choice by an eligible adult aged 18 or older. It is disabled by default and for players under 18 or whose adult eligibility is unknown. Eligible adults can change this choice using GAME ANALYTICS in the Ad Privacy menu. Personalized-ad permission and game analytics permission are separate choices.
Privacy and advertising controls must be used for the purposes described when those choices are presented. You may exercise privacy rights or withdraw consent as explained in that policy.
8. Third-party services and links
Google Play, Google AdMob, Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Remote Config, and external websites operate under their applicable terms and privacy policies. If you follow an advertisement or an external link, your interactions with that destination may be governed by its own terms.
We do not control third-party offers or endorse an advertiser merely because its advertisement appears in the game. This does not exclude any responsibility that applicable law places on us for services or providers we use.
9. Technical issues and responsibility
We aim to provide an enjoyable and reliable game, but bugs, interruptions, and compatibility problems can occur. To the extent permitted by law, the game is provided on an "as available" basis, and we do not make additional promises about uninterrupted operation, freedom from every error, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, business losses arising from use of a game intended for personal entertainment, or failures outside our reasonable control. Your device, network, and local storage can affect your experience.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable consumer guarantees, responsibility for intentional misconduct, or other mandatory protections. Your rights under Brazil's Consumer Protection Code and other applicable consumer laws remain available. These Terms do not require you to waive those rights.
10. Ending use and enforcement
You may stop using Pinball Punch at any time and uninstall it. You can remove locally stored progress through Android settings. Uninstalling or disabling game analytics does not automatically delete information already held by advertising, analytics, configuration, or website providers; see the Privacy Policy for relevant controls and requests.
Where technically possible and permitted by law, we may restrict access to affected functionality when necessary to address serious violations, fraud, security risks, or legal requirements. Any restriction must be proportionate. We will provide notice and a way to contact us where required and practicable, except when immediate action is necessary to address a serious risk or a legal requirement prevents notice.
We may discontinue distribution or support for the game, subject to applicable legal obligations and any required notice. Ending use does not remove rights or obligations that arose before that point and necessarily continue afterward.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the game, services, or legal requirements. We will update the date at the top and provide notice of material changes where required. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued rights.
Where a change requires your agreement, we will obtain it before applying that change to you. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you may stop using the game, without losing rights that applicable law preserves.
12. Applicable law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Brazilian law, subject to mandatory protections and conflict-of-law rules that apply where you live. If your local consumer law gives you protections that cannot be waived, those protections continue to apply.
If you have a problem, please contact pinball.punch@alexandrebobeda.com so we can try to resolve it. Contacting us first is encouraged, but it is not a condition for exercising a legal right or filing a complaint.
You may bring a dispute before the courts or authorities competent under applicable law, including those in your place of residence where required. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a waiver of collective remedies, or an exclusive Rio de Janeiro forum that would override consumer rights.
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
